Both pleasure and surveyed boats are designed by our naval architect. All boats are built to suit the customers requirements. Our boats are built tough for serious blue water performance. We use 5083 marine grade  plate on all boats. Standard features for construction consist of: 6mm keel sheets with a 80 x 6 keel bar which runs the length of the boat from the transom to the foredeck, which creates the platform for our solid hulls. We then have 8 stringers which  run the length of the hull, with heavy duty gussets forward. The 5mm full size/fully welded frames are spaced @ 650mm c/c and are tied in with 40 x 40 T bar to create a solid platform for the 4mm self draining  tread plate deck. The foredeck and side sheets are 5mm. Due to our superior workmanship and construction, we have a 10 year structural warranty.
